Usage method:
1. Cold compress:
Place the product in the refrigerator and refrigerate or freeze it according to
to the temperature you need (recommended for more than 10 minutes).
After removing it, apply it to the area that needs cooling and a cold compress.
2. Hot compress:
Place the product in a microwave oven, medium to low range, and heat for
1-2 minutes (heating temperature controlled at 50 ℃). Remove and apply to
the area that needs a hot compress (if feeling hot, cool for a few minutes before use).

Very efficient for combating headaches, I suffer from very strong and frequent migraines, and although in my case it must be accompanied by the use of my medications, I do notice that the discomfort decreases very quickly. I think it would be advisable to buy 2 to have one in the fridge while you put another one on, and I emphasize on the “fridge” and not on the refrigerator because it gets too cold and causes more discomfort. Another point to highlight is that it takes much less time to cool down than typical gel packs.
